David S. Casey Jr. will be honored for his work to promote lung health and clean air, April 5, 2008 at the American Lung Association of California’s (ALAC) second annual “Evening in the Sky” event. "Over the years, David has been an outstanding advocate for injured Americans and a leader on many issues related to the environment," said American Lung Association spokesperson Ross Porter.
It’s an honor only 5 percent of attorneys in Massachusetts are given and 18 lawyers in Holland & Knight LLP Boston office have received it. These select lawyers have been named Massachusetts Super Lawyers for 2007.
Hogan & Hartson LLP announced that Thomas B. Leary has
been awarded the 2007 Miles Kirkpatrick Award from the Federal Trade
Commission (FTC). The award, which was presented to Leary on December
6, 2007, is awarded annually “to honor the commitment, talent, and
contribution of individuals who, throughout their public and private
careers, have made lasting and significant contributions to the FTC.”
